Weigh-In: Week 8

So I'm finally dropped some poundage this week! Yay! But really it's not that surprising, since I've upped my running and did more circuit training as well as yoga.

Weigh-In: Week 7

So weight wise, this really wasn't a good week. But it was partly because of mother nature and aunt flo - sorry was that a little tmi? Anyways, so I was bloated, so of course my weight went up. But at least I was still exercising this week. However, next week, I am determined to kick it up a notch. I just learned that my cousin is getting married - so I gotta look good for the wedding. Which is great, it gives me a goal to work towards!

Weigh-In: Week 6

I started working more this week, so it was a good thing I almost lost a pound. I went jogging and did a couple of fitness dvds, which I will review later.

Weigh-In: Week 5


I started working out again this week. I went for a run - or at least I attempted to run, but it was more walking than anything else. And I also put in a workout dvd - Skinny Bitch Boot Camp - which I'll review later.
