Halle Berry on Food, Body, and More

Jessica Alba Bans White Food

Jessica Alba has banned white food from her diet to help her shed pounds. That in itself isn't surprising, a lot of people cut white food from their diet. What is surprising is that she has also banned her entire family from eating white foods to resist temptation. A source told Life & Style magazine:
"In order for her to stay thin, she needs everyone to be eating how she is. Even at restaurants, Jessica will tell her mom to stay away from something."
It is dangerous to completely ban something from your diet. One you can never really not be surrounded by temptation, unless you lock yourself in your house. Two, there's a likelihood that you will overindulge once you give in. So remember, moderation is key!

Well, no difference in poundage loss this week, but a lot of inches seemed to disappear. I don't know why I didn't lose any pounds this week, I kept exercising just like the week before. It's frustrating!

Weigh-In: Week 14

Wooo Whooo! I'm ecstatic that I've lost over two pounds this week. Although I know that losing over 2 pounds a week isn't healthy. Also, I'm kinda worried that I'm not losing as much in inches. But perhaps that's because I haven't been strength training as much since I'm traveling. But all in all, I'm happy.
