So, finally I'm in my fitness groove. I've done some light yoga everyday this week as well as wogging (a combination of walking and jogging) and strength training. But I did allow myself a day of rest from strenuous activity in order to allow my body to recover.
Well my hard work paid off, cause I lost a pound this week and for the first time since I've started this fitness odyssey, my overall weight loss is finally negative. Woo Whoo!
The only thing that I'm concerned about is the fact that I'll be traveling abroad at the end of next week and I'll be over there for at least a month - if not longer. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up with a regular exercise routine when I'm over there.
