Dancing with the Star's Karina Smirnoff has revealed a simple and easy trick for keeping her slim and toned figure. In order to aid with digestion, the dancer starts the day off with a spoonful of olive oil. She also avoids meat and instead opts for egg whites, fish, and salads.
